Integrated Cancer Research

Integrated Cancer Research is a cross disciplinary team that spans basic science, clinical and medical policy domains

The overall aim of the ICR team is to model integrated research that impacts on the community, on clinical management and pushes the boundaries of cancer research. The team is involved in developing essential concepts and conducting research to bring issues to the market place. In this way the ICR team is actively covering the ground from innovation and discovery to application. The integrated cancer research concept moves away from the traditional academic models (which are based around collaborative research in similar fields), to a team that covers a wide variety of multidisciplinary research ideas and concepts.
